JAMBOREE!

Jamboree was built using a 57' Chevy Belair model and one of the older Bigfoot models. Materials cost $18.00 and 22 hours time to build it! In 1/25 scale this model features hood, trunk, and doors that open, a hand fabricated frame, exhaust, and roll cage.

MONOCEROS

MONOCEROS is named for the star configuration of the Unicorn. This truck is my own design so there is no real version.Built using 2 "swamp monster" models. Cost to build $60.00 in materials and 50 hours! 1/16 th. scale.

Hand built features: 2 engines mounted crank to crank, hood extended and tilted, custom frame, 2 stepside beds put together and tilted, front axle steers. Hand painted.

 

 

Alien!

Alien was built using a Nissan `King Cab' and monster Chevy `Blazer' models. Cost to build $20.00 in materials and 35 hours. Scale 1/25th. Hand built features; frame, roll cage, swinging rear fenders, rear mounted engine, and rear airfin. Kirk Dabney bought this model for his brother, Kevin, in Raleigh, NC. on May 7, 1989.

 

 

Holman's Beast!

This truck was built using a USA-1 model. Cost $20.00 in materials and 60 hours labor. In 1/25 th scale Holman's Beast features a hand fabricated frame-cage combo, cab extension, exhaust, and cockpit, hand painted for Bob Holman.

Black Stallion

Black Stallion was built using a bigfoot model. Material cost $15.00 and 55 hours of time! Scale 1/25th. Hand fabricated frame and roll cage, suspension and coil over shocks, exhaust, and cab extension. Hand painted.

 

 

Chi Town Hustler

Built using a dodge mini truck and bigfoot truck model kits. Cost on this project was $25.00 in materials and over 40 hours labor time. Hand fabricated parts in 1/25th. scale include the frame, roll cage, extended cab, fuel cell, swing out rear fenders, cut out arm rest, dash, floor, firewall, and rear airfin. This truck sports a finely detailed rear mounted engine and hand built wheelie bar.

Clydsdale II

This truck was built using the old bigfoot model and 2 1989 chevy silverados, cost to build; $30.00, time; 50 hours, scale; 1/25th. Hand fabricated parts; front fenders and hood were extended 1/2 inch using the front end of the rear fenders of the second truck, frame, rollcage, cab extension, breather and head lights filled in with hot wax then shaped.

The Original Carolina Crusher

This model was built using the body and tires from a "hammer head" model, the springs and shocks from a bigfoot model, and the axles from a "scavenger" model. Approximate cost to build $27.00 in materials and 32 hours labor.

Scaled in 1/25th. scale this model features a hand fabricated frame, front bumper, winch cover, exhaust, and scissor lift bed.

BIG DUMMY 3

This truck was built using a "Hammer Head" model and springs from two bigfoot models. Cost to build; $25.00, time: 57 hours, scale; 1/25th. Hand fabricated parts; all crome, door handles and other fixtures shaved off, spoilers built where there would be bumpers, frame, double leaf spring set up one above and one below the axle, custom body lift, and the bed cap made from plastic covered with bondo.

Ecology Eliminator

This was built using a USA-1 model. Cost to build; $18.00, time; 25 hours, scale; 1/25th. Hand fabricated frame and bed tarp.

Equalizer

This was built using a USA-1 MODEL. Cost to build; $18.00, time; 65 hours, scale; 1/25th. Hand fabricated features; frame, roll cage, nerf bars, exhaust, cockpit, bumpers, coil over hydraulic suspension, center mounted engine low in the frame, shortened bed and cut out fenders to resemble a chevy s-10.
